Registration

REGISTRATION FEES:
All fees include a comprehensive set of conference materials, four continental breakfasts, four lunches, a reception following laboratory tours on Wednesday, and a dinner on Friday. Registrations are only accepted online; please see registration link below.

$1200 Standard Fee.
$1095 Early Registration Fee – by July 08, 2016
$1095 For Members of Endorsing Societies: Biomedical Engineering Society, Controlled Release Society, The Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine or Society For Biomaterials.
$495 For Armed Forces Institute of Regenerative Medicine (AFIRM) affiliated personnel.
$495 For Graduate Students, post-docs, medical students, and residents.
NOTE: The graduate student option requires prior approval: To be eligible, you must first submit a letter/email from your faculty advisor stating that you are a graduate (or other qualified student) in good standing. Please do not submit the online registration before obtaining approval from the course coordinator. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS: 3.1
Please note that attendees wishing to obtain the CEU will be asked to sign in for the morning and afternoon sessions every day as proof of attendance and to obtain the certificate of completion.

REFUND POLICY:
All refund requests must be in writing. Full refunds will be given for cancellations received before or on July 22, 2016. Cancellations received July 23 through August 1 will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after August 1, 2016.
